Fine chcocolate is a delicate item subject to temperature and handling. Our Vendors do their best to provide the most adequate packaging for our chocolates. We do not accept returns on chocolate that has been opened. However, we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item.).
